Do you have a chronic illness? And have you been feeling hopeless lately? Like your illness is kicking your butt and he wish you had some new ideas for how to feel better. Or maybe you're already on a holistic healing journey and you want to continue down that path with like minded people. This podcast is aimed at improving our quality of life by opening up our minds to new possibilities when it comes to health and healing from chronic illness. I've heard people say, but diet, exercise and mindset won't cure me. This is why we're not looking for cures, but rather finding ways to improve the quality of our lives through these holistic approaches. And yes, these are some of the ways that we're going to explore doing it.
